Digital Printing

Digital technology has successfully addressed visual communication concerns such as: cost, color, size and turnaround time, and made it more affordable than ever before. UniKeep™ 3 Ring Case Binders can be digitally printed on the front, back and spine. This service is currently available for the 1.0” Binder.

Full Color Printing

Single to full-color graphics can be flexo, litho or screen printed directly on most of our products. •8-color printing available for U-1000 sleeves and UniKeep™ Binder overlays •6-color printing available for EnvyPak™ products

Disc Insertion

Our unique U-1000 technology significantly accelerates package production through innovative and efficient manufacturing technologies. Discs can be automatically inserted during the sleeve manufacturing process, allowing a single step in the production process to replace several assembly steps.

Embossing

Using heat and pressure, a die presses the design into the surface of the product, smoothing out any graining in the materials. This is often used for a product or company logo or title.

Graphic Insertion

Screen Printing

UniKeep™ Case Binders can be silk screened in three locations: front and back up to four colors, and up to two colors on spine. Using color separated artwork, a screen is created for each separate color and used to apply opaque ink to the product surface.
